...after Spring Break...

April 15th- Egg Drop Lab!

Students must build a structure (at home) that should be able to withstand a drop from a one-story building. Only three materials may be used:

  • straws (drinking kind is great)
  • glue (any kind)
  • tape (any kind)

I will have the egg (uncooked, of course) ready to insert into the structure that morning so be sure to plan for that in the design of your structure. I can't wait to see which ones survive and the students' creativity in creating these!

*Both dissection labs are the same content so only sign up for one...I am offering it twice due to the popularity of this lab :).

May 6th @12:30-1:30 8th Grade STAR Review Session

May 7th @10:00-11:00 8th Grade STAR Review Session

(both review sessions are the same so come to the one that works best for you)
